Base should rather use ppc+ppc64 on Leopard with PowerPC cpu, not ppc+i386

Description
The base keeps configuring to compile for ppc+i386 on Leopard on G5. There is no utility in building Macports for x86 on PowerPC, binaries cannot be run, and why would anyone want to cross-compile Macports for x86 on PowerPC? :)
(Reverse is sensible, since ppc binaries can be run on x86 via Rosetta.)
Much more meaningful would be to use ppc+ppc64, as long as it is 10.5 and physical CPU is powerpc which supports ppc64.
