Description
I've installed directly from DMG, Homebrew, and MacPorts.
DMG, and homebrew are able to print normally. The macports version states that it can't print without Ghostscript installed. After installing it, printing in MacVim simply opens up a page in the Preview.app application, and we must print AGAIN from there. Please give normal print functionality by default.
