Description
Update to leptonica @1.84.1_0 leads to impossible rebuilds of jbig2enc, mupdf, Tesseract. Reactivation of leptonica @1.82.0_1 was needed.

There is also the overall issue that this was not caught when leptonica was updated; I filed #69387 for that.

Per the jbig2enc log you attached:
So this ticket can be about the jbig2enc build failure.
Here is the upstream patch that would need to be applied to the port to fix this:

Please file individual tickets for the other ports which are not compatible with the new leptonica so that those problems can be investigated and fixed separately.
