kdelibs4 dependency: gtk3-3.24.38_0+universal+x11

''sudo port install kdelibs4'' fails when building dependency gtk3. I have port ''gtk3-3.24.38_0 +arm64 +x11'' installed, but install of port kdelibs4 tries to install port ''gtk3-3.24.38_0+universal+x11.darwin_23.arm64-x86_64.tbz2'' and build failure occurs.

the issue is here is that gtk3 on MacPorts cannot build +universal on an arm/Intel system.
