Description
The URL ftp://ftp.tin.org/tin/v1.8/ does not exist; ftp://ftp.tin.org/pub/news/clients/tin/v1.8/ should be used instead.

I did check, with both "port install" (this URL was skipped) and Firefox. It could be a temporary problem with the FTP server though. Sorry.
