Attached is a Portfile for soundtouch.

Description: Audio processing application and library for changing the Tempo, Pitch and Playback Rates of audio streams or files:

Comments:

1. I assigned two categories, audio and multimedia. Feel free to remove multimedia if you feel that's better
2. The portfile installs both the "soundtouch" library (libSoundTouch.a), and the "soundstretch" tool. I did not make a variant, nor did I split it in two seperate packages. I belief this is fine given the small library. Feel free to change though.
3. Finally, the "---> Staging soundtouch into destroot" phase gave a few warnings when running as non-root. I think this is fine, but have a look to make sure.
