xtide install fails when it can't fetch harmonics-dwf-20050905.tcd.gz

Description
When running: port -v install xtide I get the following:
---> harmonics-dwf-20050905.tcd.gz doesn't seem to exist in /opt/local/var/db/dports/distfiles/xtide ---> Attempting to fetch harmonics-dwf-20050905.tcd.gz from ftp://www.flaterco.com/xtide ---> Attempting to fetch harmonics-dwf-20050905.tcd.gz from http://distfiles-od.opendarwin.org/

I assume the filename has been changed or some other weirdness, or I'm screwed up somehow. Sorry for the trouble!

I just updated xtide to version 2.8.3, and also to a new harmonics file. Thanks for the bug report.
