Description
The attached diff upgrades GDAL to use the 1.3.2 version of library. It updates the server list to use http://www.gdal.org/dl as the primary source It fixes a bug in which gdal/ogr could not find the proj4 library. This fix was implemented by statically linking against proj4 It adds variants to use the GEOS library (which adds a depend on port:geos) and a variant to add PostgreSQL support (also requiring port:postgresql81).
My quick tests indicate it works as well as the previous version, plus has the fixes and enhancements listed above.
