tig-0.14 doesn't install man pages

Description
There are a couple man pages for tig and its config file at http://git.or.cz/gitwiki/Tig, but the port does not install them. Apparently they are written in asciidoc so conversion to man format might be a bit baroque, but HTML in share/doc would do too.

Maintainer timeout. r64699. I also updated to version 0.15.

According to the tig Makefile, the attached patch will work for tig-0.14 - tig-0.15. It is only tested against tig-0.15, but should work for near future versions.
