This fix was already made for gcc44 (#22234), now it needs to be made for gcc45. Without it, C++ applications which use the Boost libraries (among other) will SIGABRT mysteriously.

Reverted in r31171 for gcc46 ... this should've been done for gcc44 and gcc45 at the same time...
