transmission-x11 1.73 does not build on Tiger

The last version of Cocoa transmisison for Tiger is 1.54 but I thought I might be able to build th GTK version. It seems that I was wrong :

Error: Target org.macports.configure returned: configure failure: shell command failed (see log for details)
Log for transmission-x11 is at: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_net_transmission-x11/main.log
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.

I think the port should at least check for OSX version and output a more friendly error message.

Thanks for volunteering! It would be good for this port to have a maintainer. It would be ideal if the same person or persons could maintain both transmission and transmission-x11 and keep them in sync. I've already asked the maintainer of transmission if he would also like to maintain transmission-x11 but have not received a reply yet.

I was unclear why transmission-x11 has an +aqua variant. It doesn't seem to work, and its purpose seems to be to do the same thing that the transmission port already does, isn't it? If so, I might suggest removing the +aqua variant.

Yes, the +aqua variant seems to do the same thing as the other port. Unfortunately, I can't work on both ports as the aqua version will not build on my system.

Yes, tael67 still works, but it would be better to replace it.

Updated dylibbundler and jslint maintainer addresses in r78871. I forgot I hadn't committed gtk-quartz-engine yet.
