xulrunner: Update to 1.9.2.17 (or 2.0?)

The xulrunner portfile is for version 1.9.2.16 but this version does not exist on ​Mozilla's web server:

I see 1.9.2.17 is available. Or is xulrunner ready to be updated to 2.0? xulrunner-devel is at that version now.

It was/is cached; there's no fetch problem. I was just pointing out it no longer exists upstream and a newer version is available.

I can confirm xulrunner-1.9.2.16.source.tar.bz2 is can be downloaded as of today.

OTOH xulrunner-2.0 removes support for PowerPC ​https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/XULRunner_2.0_Release_Notes, so when that happens this should be kept as xulrunner1 or something.
