On Mac OS X 10.4 libpng does not need new zlib.

Description
OS X 10.4 already includes zlib 1.2.2. Portfile ("depends_lib port:zlib") should not be forced to use ports version of zlib, I think. Unless there IS a reason to not use OS X zlib 1.2.2(?).

I am not sure if darwin includes zlib or is it just Mac OS X? It also needs to build on Jaguar and later.
