The patch needs some fixes:

  1. The revision needs to be reset to zero. Best to simply delete the revision line.
  2. The rmd160 checksum should not be removed. Instead the md5 and sha1 checksum should be removed and a sha256 checksum added.

Sorry to let you down. The original patch works; it's a side-effect of some other work, I am too busy to take care of this.
