You didn't provide the main.log file, whose contents might have let me know what actually went wrong, but I'm going to assume this is a duplicate of #34671 which I fixed yesterday. "sudo port clean libpixman", "sudo port selfupdate", and try again. If it still fails, please re-open and attach the main.log.
