Any particular reason you need db44? There are newer versions of BerkeleyDB in MacPorts.

db44 needs for Open-Cobol.

Do you have db_select installed?

No, I didn't installed db_select.

I have copied "db44-4.4.20_1.darwin_12.x86_64.tbz2" file from OS X 10.8's "/opt/local/var/macports/software/db44" folder to OS X 10.9 and installed manualy.

Replying to omerfatihgokcen@…:

I have copied "db44-4.4.20_1.darwin_12.x86_64.tbz2" file from OS X 10.8's "/opt/local/var/macports/software/db44" folder to OS X 10.9 and installed manualy.

Don't do that; fix the real problem, which is presumably that you have a rogue copy of readline installed in /usr/local; please remove it. See comment:ticket:12040:4. We don't support having software installed in /usr/local when using MacPorts.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
