Unable to fetch llvm-3.4 +polly

After r121509, upgrading llvm-3.4 failed to fetch polly-3.4.src.tar.gz. Adding

master_sites-append	 http://llvm.org/releases/${llvm_version}

seems to fix the problem.

Updating clang-3.4 now displays this warning:

Warning: No mirror sites on file for class master_sites-append

It appears that this is due to r121567:

master_sites            http://llvm.org/releases/${version} master_sites-append http://llvm.org/releases/${llvm_version}
