There have been several changes to the latest version of the package.
- mex files are no longer distributed with this package
- maintainer has changed to ed.maros at ligo dot org

I suggest adding 'openmaintainer' so that committers can do minor maintenance work. Other than that, looks good.

I am trying to obtain committer privileges so I can keep this package up to date. I am a member of the group that develops this package and distribute it for a variety of platforms so our scientific community can easily obtain it for their use.

Made Ed maintainer in r128055.
This package is undergoing internal collaboration review at the moment, we can update it here once we've got approval.
