This does not seem to be a dbus problem.
Missing .la files has cropped up in the past (most recently in #45587 but also #44437).
Neither was a problem with dbus.

Have you recently upgraded some part of your system that would require wiki:Migration?

Based on the available evidence, this would seem not to be related to dbus directly.
