Description
Current is 4.4.5; macports is at 4.2.1.
Downstream packages are already linking to the new structure (new 'rt' library?), which is causing problems.
Not sure how easy this is, as new GPU features might add some build complexity...

We don't need multiple open tickets requesting to update a port. A ticket requesting SuiteSparse be updated already exists in #47903.
