I've repeated errors doing a:

port install updated

# port install outdated

--->  Building snappy
Error: org.macports.build for port snappy returned: command execution failed

Note that the preferred command is "port upgrade outdated", not "port install outdated".

Homepage needs updated to ​https://google.github.io/snappy/ and it appears 1.1.3 is the latest

Looks like the failed on dependency blosc, but there is no followup by the reporter.

No main.log file was provided showing what the problem was. 1.1.1 builds fine for me on El Capitan.

The update to 1.1.3 is submitted in #52608.
