Trac: automatically add cross-references when resolving tickets as duplicate

Description

When resolving a ticket as duplicate, ask for the ticket id. Add a comment to this original ticket that it has a new duplicate, add/append to the comment on the resolved ticket which other ticket was marked as duplicate.

Instead of comments, the information could also go into custom ticket fields ("duplicate of" and "has duplicate").
