Hi!

I have a port for rex (​http://rexify.org) and all missing perl modules. I've added myself as maintainer for rex and would somewhat keep track fopr the modules (as much as rex is concerned).

Hope everything's correct

Thank you for your submission. I committed the new ports to the tree with only one slight change. I moved rex to the sysutils directory and added a corresponding categories option to the Portfile.

For future updates as a maintainer, just submit patches as an attachment to a new Trac ticket or make a GitHub pull request. When filing tickets as a maintainer, use the maintainer haspatch keywords for easier review.
