Trac 1.0.15 has been released:

We can probably assume all plugins will still work. See also the long-term request to update to Trac 1.2.x in #52835.

This is probably as simple as pip upgrade. I'd like to make sure all tests for trac-github pass with 1.0.15 first, though.
