Description

installed petsc-devel 3.7.4_1 on OSX 10.11.6.

the Pkgconfig file PETSC.pc is missing. It is usually should be located in $PETSC_DIR/$PETSC_ARCH/lib/pkgconfig/PETSc.pc

I'm guessing this is a bug since the portfile uses prefixed install. I'll ask the team.
