Description

This is a preparation step for the OpenSSL 1.1 migration (ticket:52101).

OpenSSL 1.1 is supported since 5.7.3 or 8.0.4 (1). Older mysql versions should be patched or use the openssl10 port.

Some ports are nomaintainer. mysql51 and mysql55 may be dropped from MacPorts as neither MySQL 5.1 nor MySQL 5.5 receive Extended Support from Oracle (2). I will try to have a look at mysql56.

By the way, both mysql5 and mysql51 provide 5.1 branch of MySQL. One of them can be replaced by another.

mysql4: delete EOL port

Port is not known to currently build; not obsoleting since it is almost
certainly no longer used. Remove all +mysql4 variants from dependents.
