ccl fails to build on OS 10.15.2

Installing CCL fails on my machine running macOS 10.15.2 with the following error log attached. Please let me know if you need further information.

Please see <​https://trac.macports.org/ticket/60377> for current attempts at getting ccl-1.12 to build.
