Description: modified (diff)
Port: py-cairo cairo glib2 pcre added
Summary: Unable to install py38-cairopy38-cairo: Package 'libpcre', required by 'glib-2.0', not found

Similar to #60034, it shouldn't have been possible to install cairo without pcre being installed as a recursive dependency.

:debug:archivefetch Didn't find receipt, going to depspec regex for: cairo
:debug:archivefetch Found Dependency: path: /opt/local/lib/pkgconfig filename: cairo.pc regex: ^cairo.pc$

That is suspicious. What does port provides /opt/local/lib/pkgconfig/cairo.pc say?

I've deleted everything including opt/local and tried again with no errors.
