Description
Update wkhtmltopdf from 0.12.3.2 (Mar 1, 2016) to 0.12.6 (Jun 10, 2020).
I was able to build and install 0.12.6 locally with only minor changes to the patchfiles, but the resulting wkhtmltopdf binary raised a segfault when tested against google.com.
