Could be a circular dependency. Try installing a few ports at a time.

Yeah, the only problem is that I had before a few non-default variants installed…

It might look honest when the documentation would state that the TCL script fails often…

macOS Big Sur has gone for me, the cause for this ticket seems to be rare, and so this ticket can be closed.
