py27-gobject @2.28.7_1 +quartz: error because of implicit declaration of function

Fresh installation of MacPorts 2.6.4 on Big Sur 11.1 with Xcode 12.2 and SDK 11.1.

Trying port install gimp +quartz -x11 crashes when installing dependency py27-gobject port. Cleaning and installing just this port gives the same problem.
