Thanks for the report. You are right, in the updates to the qemu port it was missed that support for moxie has been removed with QEMU 6.1. The variant will no longer work as upstream does not support it anymore.

In 6706bcdbf0e09c871eb65bfd6f2e2e1a00938f41/macports-ports (master):

qemu: Remove variant +target_moxie

The variant +target_moxie will no longer work, as support for moxie has been removed by upstream in QEMU 6.1. As the variant was not buildable, there is no revision bump necessary for this change.
