Description
The php5 port compiles a php5 module for apache2 called libphp5.so but the supplied mod_php.conf under /opt/local/apache2/conf/extras-conf checks if module called mod_php5.c exist.

my mistake. this is correct because apache2 will see libphp5.so as mod_php5.c
