Description

As reported in #39273 libsodium spun out its curvecp support into ​libchloride. This is simply a networking layer for libsodium.

libchloride does not currently have any tagged releases. Using fetch.type git & git.branch with a date for version number place holder. livecheck uses moddate which seems to work and should give an indication if libchloride has been updated.
