gtk1: obsolete/remove outdated port and any remaining dependents

gtk1 is an old implementation of the gtk+ widget set dating from the late 1990's and superceded by gtk2 in 2002.

The following ports are those that for one reason or another block the removal of gtk1. It can be marked obsolete replaced by gtk2 once their dependency on gtk1 has been removed.
