Description
The libpaper archive can't be downloaded due to bug 5779. Here's a workaround:
-master_sites ftp://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/libp/${name}/ +master_sites http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/libp/${name}/
In general, it is better to use http when available.
