Description 

$ sudo port selfupdate
$ sudo `which port` -v
MacPorts 2.5.4
Entering shell mode... ("help" for help, "quit" to quit)
$ sudo port install swig-python3
--->  Computing dependencies for swig-python3
Error: Dependency 'swig3-python3' not found.
Error: Follow https://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets to report a bug.
Error: Processing of port swig-python3 failed

'swig3-python3' is also listed on this page https://www.macports.org/ports.php?by=name&substr=pyt&page=5&pagesize=50 but the link is broken.

swig-python3: delete dependency on swig3-python3

swig3 has no subport for python3; this feature was added as of swig4.
