Recommended to update to latest commit (currently from Oct. 1, 2022) to fix compatibility with vim 9.0.

Dropping maintainership of vimpager.

The vimpager project has not released any new versions that would provide vim 9.0 compatibility. I've asked the developers about their plans to make a new stable release. We would rather update ports to stable releases than to random commits.
